We’ve teamed up with artisan chocolatiers Metiisto to create a delicious cold brew cacao cream ale. After fermentation the beer was recirculated several times through cacao nibs at 16 degrees to infuse the beer with natural cold brewed cacao flavour.
The beer is built on a pale base which makes the smooth, chocolatey flavour a delightful surprise given the beers light appearance. The cacao is further accentuated by the super creamy texture and the classic light, clean cream ale characters.
