The aroma is all subtle juice with restrained citrus, pineapple and some red berries.
The palate is where the beer explodes off the charts with some intense, resinous hop flavour and a grapefruit pithiness which makes way for a looooong, clean and dry finish that SCREAMS saturation!

This is a Cold IPA extensively dry-hopped both during and post-fermentation.
The first dry hop is at the start of fermentation making use of the impact that yeast has on the hops called bio-transformation. The second dry hop is towards the end of fermentation layering on some tropical aromatics. The beer is then crash-chilled and centrifuged before the final hop addition.
