The Table Beer is made with a mixture of pale malts, and oats, and fermented with Brettanomyces Clausenni in our American Oak Foeder. We use a mixture of locally sourced hop varieties to provide a moderate to strong hop aroma and flavour, whilst aiming to keep bitterness low.
Up front it is tropical and full of hop sweetness and flavour with a full body and creamy mouthfeel. Then instantly cutting through this is the sourness, clean and acidic it cleanses the palate leaving you wanting more. At only 3.8% you can enjoy the ride again and again.
