We’re pleased to use our microdose hopping technique in this Oat Cream IPA after a successful experimental series. We discovered that adding tiny amounts of a variety of hops more frequently throughout fermentation resulted in heightened, more complex flavour profiles in our beers. For Cream On Chrome, we used a carefully calculated ratio of Mosaic, Sabro, Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, and Cashmere hops to create a fruit driven juice bomb with a rich creamy finish and balanced sweetness.
